Abstract

The rapid growth of electronic commerce (e-commerce) and mobile commerce (m-commerce) has transformed the way businesses operate and consumers shop. This exploratory study aims to investigate the current state of e-commerce and m-commerce, highlighting their differences, similarities, and future prospects. The study examines the impact of technological advancements, changing consumer behaviors, and market trends on the growth of e-commerce and m-commerce. The findings of this study provide insights into the opportunities and challenges faced by businesses in adopting e-commerce and m-commerce strategies, and offer recommendations for future research and practice.
