Abstract

Recent research proves economic developing status of women indicates to holistic development of women. In the decades, women survived under critical situations that affected their living standard as well their reorganization in society. Due to changing environment, Indian women have successful to create productive image in front of society. The key factors of her development are education, employment, management education and other. In recent period, the female’s involvement in every sector of economy shows their strength and power to manage and control in better way. The encouragement of women decision making power, management, self-confidence is result of her developing status. This development is the path of her growth in all spheres of life. This paper identify that woman’s decision making power has positive relation with development of her family as well society and economy. This is right views” to develop economy and society, women empowerment is necessary”.
