A STUDY OF ATTITUTE OF TEACHERS TOWARDS TEACHING PROFESSION AT B.Ed. LEVEL

A teacher is the most important element in the teaching-learning process. It is said that no system of education is better than its teacher, because the quality of Education depends upon the teacher who serve it. A good teacher can certainly give best result out of the worst system. The Present study is delimited to 60 teachers of B.Ed. colleges from Narwana block of Jind District. A positive attitude not only makes individuals to perform his work in a better manner but also more satisfying and rewarding to them. So the researcher has selected this topic to know the attitude of B. Ed. Teachers towards teaching profession. The present study showed that female’s teachers give more importance to Co-curricular activities as compare to male teachers. The Researcher also found no significant difference between male and female teachers in relation to Social & Psychological and Economic field.
