The effect of online shopping on brick-and-mortar stores. The purpose of this research is to examine how online shopping has affected brick-and-mortar stores and to ascertain the variables that have led to their survival or demise. a thorough grasp of the impact of e-commerce on brick-and-mortar retail sales, consumer habits, operational efficiencies, and market competitiveness is provided by reviewing relevant literature, analysing relevant industry reports, and examining relevant case studies. It also delves at how brick-and-mortar stores are adapting to the rise of online shopping.
