Abstract

An approach to the study of culture and society that incorporates critical critiques of established disciplines and epistemological frameworks, as well as innovations in gender, ethnicity, and sexuality studies that have arisen in the previous twenty-five years, is called cultural studies.. One of the most important aspects of a cultural studies approach is the idea that the ways we communicate, relate to others, and create cultural artefacts are all interconnected. It is also assumed that cross-disciplinary work is necessary to research culture in its whole.
