Criminal Justice SystemAbstract
India is the largest democracy in the world. Regrettably, the efficacy of its prominence is waning due to a flawed criminal justice system. Consequently, we are at a critical juncture; we need to rethink and reformulate the Judicial system in order to confront contemporary challenges due to a significant increase in the demand for justice. Specific gaps require the advancement of various techniques and strategies that can be effectively integrated into the policy framework.
