Abstract

India is the largest democracy in the world. Regrettably, the efficacy of its prominence is waning due to a flawed criminal justice system. Consequently, we are at a critical juncture; we need to rethink and reformulate the Judicial system in order to confront contemporary challenges due to a significant increase in the demand for justice. Specific gaps require the advancement of various techniques and strategies that can be effectively integrated into the policy framework. Therefore, examining how to enhance understanding of the criminal justice system is worthwhile. The purpose of the criminal justice system has been discussed hereunder.
