These days, more and more people are dealing with mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and stress-related ailments, which can greatly impact their overall health and happiness. Psychotherapy and medication are examples of conventional treatments; nevertheless, they are not without their drawbacks, such as the potential for side effects, the danger of dependence, and the lack of efficacy in the long run. As a holistic method of treating mental health issues, homoeopathy has recently gained popularity as a potential alternative or supplemental therapy option. Homoeopathy, which is based on the idea of personalised treatment, seeks to cure the whole person, not just the symptoms, by addressing the emotional and constitutional imbalances that cause mental health illnesses. the function of homoeopathy in the treatment of mental health disorders, with an emphasis on the efficacy, safety, and empirical data underlying its utilisation. Evidence from clinical trials, case reports, and patient outcomes suggest that some homoeopathic remedies, like Pulsatilla, Arsenicum album, Natrum muriaticum, and Ignatia amara, can aid in emotional healing, alleviate depressive and anxious symptoms, and promote better mental health in general.
